Christine Lim
Board Treasurer
Christine Lim, currently Chief of Staff for Pacific Educational Group, brings over 40 years as an educator. As superintendent of San Leandro Unified School District, she led systemic racial equity work that strategically addressed the racial disparity of the achievement gap.
She has expertise in personnel, supervision, curriculum, instruction, assessment, budget management, negotiations, team building, strategic planning, and technology.
For her work, she received many awards including Statewide Recipient of the Association California School Association Valuing Diversity Award, Inaugural Recipient of the President’s Award from the Southern Alameda Alliance for African American Educators for Courageous Leadership, National Recipient for Racial Equity Leadership Award, Superintendent of the Year, Region 6, Administrator of the Year, San Leandro Charter, The Alameda County Superintendents’ Council for Leadership “to critically examine the intersection of race and achievement to improve pedagogical practice and educational equity throughout Alameda County.”
She is a trainer for the ACSA Superintendent’s Academies in “Diversity, Equity and the Role of the Superintendent” and “Ethical and Moral Leadership.”
