Support the Courageous Equity Leadership Fellows
We believe college students are poised to lead the charge to change the racial calculus in the United States. Our Fellows receive training and support in using our renowned Protocol for Courageous Conversation®. Our equity coaches support the students on campus as they host healing sessions throughout the school year. When necessary, they respond skillfully to racial incidents, as they occur. The costs for the training, coaching and ongoing support is $8,000 per Fellow. Our target is 30 fellows per year.
